These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Forestalgia website and any purchases made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us
Forestalgia is a London-based design studio. If you have any questions, you can contact us at contact@forestalgia.co.uk.

Products

• We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, materials and measurements. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces.
• Some products are made to order and may have a production time of 10-12 weeks, as stated on the relevant product page.
• Personalised items (such as engraved initials) are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun, except where the item is faulty.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, with a full refund.

Orders

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Delivery

• Delivery times will be provided at checkout or on the relevant product page and are estimates only.
• Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

• Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
• Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with UK consumer law.
• To start a return, please contact us at contact@forestalgia.co.uk.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, logos and text, is owned by Forestalgia and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forestalgia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
